Having practiced in the state and federal courts of Rhode Island since 1977, John ("Jack") R. Mahoney can represent you in libel and slander cases, personal injury matters and education law disputes. Besides having decades of experience as a litigator, Jack has devoted a portion of his practice to alternative dispute resolution serving as a mediator and arbitrator. He has enjoyed his practice in alternative dispute resolution and has been approved and appointed by the Rhode Island Superior Court to serve as a mediator for Settlement Week and as a Court-Annexed Arbitrator. Jack has received an AV Preeminent rating* from his peers and a "Superb" rating from Avvo.
John W. Mahoney is licensed to practice in Rhode Island since 2001 and is admitted in both state and federal courts. He can help you in a wide variety of personal injury cases and has also practiced as an education law lawyer. In addition to his AV Preeminent rating,* John was selected for inclusion in 2013 Rhode Island Super Lawyers. John has also received both a "Superb" rating and "Client's Choice Award" from Avvo. A seasoned litigator, he attended Providence College and Northeastern University School of Law. John has also been appointed by the Rhode Island Superior Court to serve as a Court-Annexed Arbitrator.
Denise Lombardo Myers focuses specifically upon labor and employment issues, education law and workers' compensation matters. Besides being admitted to practice law in Rhode Island since 1990, she is also licensed to practice in Connecticut. She has over 24 years of litigation experience.
Finally, Elizabeth P. Santilli has been licensed to practice law in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts since 1982. She has a tremendous amount of experience in handling elder care matters, including trusts and estates, Medicaid qualification issues and asset protection planning issues, and probate administration. She can also represent you in real estate matters.
